This open OEM box and and the speaker may vary slightly from the stock photos listed, but not in a way that will affect the speaker’s function.  The speaker shows no signs of installation, has no coil rub, cosmetic blemishes or scratches, is clean, has no creases in the cone, its rim is not warped, and its basket is not dinged or damaged.  It passed the 9V battery test for incursion and excursion. I was not clear if it had been opened or not so I checked it out.  Perhaps it never was opened.  Perhaps my mistake will be your discount. It looks new.  Another benefit is that I reinforced the OEM’s box internally (this is the best way to prevent shipping damage) while I had it open.
