LN Discount This is listed as “open box” not because the box has been opened, but because it is not “New in Box” or NIB.  By LN, we mean the following: The manufacturer seal has not been broken. They have not been sold (new). Their unopened OEM boxes may have the following issues that that should not impact the function of the speaker:  (a) some small dents or punctures that would not have made contact with the speaker.  (b) other cosmetic blemishes that will not impede identifying what is contained in the unopened OEM box. You may hear and feel the speaker traveling inside the new opened OEM box more than you usually would.  Upon request, we can open and reinforced/repair the OEM box internally to secure the speaker for transport after inspecting the speaker per below.

Open Box Option

Our opened boxes have passed our 11-point inspection which means they do NOT have the following when we ship them out:

• bent/warped rim or basket
• wrinkled/warped/creased cone
• coil-rub
• non-standard incursion and excursion under electrical load
