Celestion Classic Series guitar speaker. The 10″ that thinks it’s a 12″. This speaker was developed to recapture the legendary sound of Celestion’s 1970s 10s – a 10″ speaker with a surprisingly meaty tone. Low in output but with the weighty low-end balance of a 12″, the G10 Greenback features a complex, creamy mid-range and smooth, vintage top-end. Presented with overdrive distortion, it displays a well balanced crunch.

Description

Open Box Special!

These last two remaining open-box returns show no signs of  installation. The speakers themselves look new.  The boxes look better than most open boxes, They are clean w/ no structural or cosmetic damage and no stickers covering the OEM UPS sticker.  While we have the OEM box open, we may internally reinforce it to better secure the speaker during shipping.  Ultimately, the OEM box and guitar speaker(s) may have cosmetic and/or minor differences from the stock photo of this listing that should not effect their function.

Quality Assurance

Our open box offers have passed our 11-point inspection which means they do NOT have the following when we ship them out:

  • bent/warped rim or basket
  • wrinkled/warped/creased cone
  • coil-rub
  • non-standard incursion and excursion under electrical load
    They may have been hooked up or installed into an amp and played for testing/brief trial.

It says on the manufacturer box that it is made in UK. There is also a sticker from the manufacturer on the speaker magnet that indicates the same.
